This fun and amazing all-inclusive hotel, ALL RITMO is a majestic collection of 3 story buildings that are situated along a picturesque waterway and marina.

Throughout the day drinks such as beer, sodas, and fruit smoothies can be enjoyed. You can always find a sumptuous snack or mouthwatering meal to feast on in one of the resort’s themed restaurants and bars.

Accommodation Description

Staying at ALL RITMO Resort means getting an automatic pass to the fun that our water park is all about. With the accommodations offered at this beautiful destination, you will find a relaxing space where to rest after a gratifying day of exciting activities. Rooms are spacious and bright, decorated in a contemporary style with a traditional Mexican flair. Providing a marina or ocean view, balcony or terrace from which you can admire either the lovely ocean or the hotel’s garden. Junior Suites have an additional area with a sunken living room.

Choosing between a king bed and two double beds, private bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, direct-dial phone, message and wake up call system, luxurious amenities, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and safety deposit boxes at a nominal fee in some cases. Cribs are available upon request. The resort is non-smoking in all guest rooms, public indoor spaces and dining areas.

Please note that a fee of $73 Mexican pesos per room/per night for the cancun government. Eco Tax is paid at check in.

Alterations Policy

ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL.

Any changes to a reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will have a penalty of $75.00, and it must be paid before checking in. You may request one alteration to your booking and this must be received via email no less than (1) one month prior to arrival in writing. Failure to provide 1 month notice will result in your alteration being denied. If further changes are required, guest will be advised to cancel existing reservation and rebook, subject to availability. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Confirmed reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and will receive a full refund, any reservation cancellation request must be MADE IN WRITING. Any cancellation with less than 30 days prior to arrival or a no show will result in the funds being forfeited entirely and will be subject to the payment of 3 nights all-inclusive fee per accommodation.
